  • On sale or Discounted items and Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please double-check customization details before placing your order.

  • Customized or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

2. How to Return an Item

2.1 Step-by-Step Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team or call with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos, Video (if the item is damaged or defective).
  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm that your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging or any secure packaging to ensure safe return shipping. Make sure the RA number is included in the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not defective, incorrect or damaged and you wish to return, Than you will have to pay return shipping cost.

2.3 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging). If your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued for returns that meet our policy requirements and are received within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from XFalcon and wish to return it, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Refunds for gift returns will be issued in the form of store credit or a gift card, unless the gift was defective or damaged.

7. Final Sale Items

Any items marked as “sale” or “non-returnable” or “ use coupon code ” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged or defective.
